Here's what Aleson, a Global Learning ambassador, has to say about her experience:
I spent my Spring 2017 semester in Seville, Spain on the Cornell Global Program, CASA-Sevilla program. In between history, art, and anthropology classes at the University of Seville, I spent time with my host family, volunteered in an urban garden, ate my way through Andalucía, and explored Seville’s indie music scene. I made friends through the University’s language exchange program, learned to dance sevillanas, and got lost in Seville’s old neighborhoods and storied history. In five months, I became fluent in Spanish, went beyond the stereotypes, and lived my study.
