How many study abroad programs should I apply to?

Apply to one program—and perhaps a back-up, if you are concerned about your admission into your preferred program. Your Global Learning Education Abroad advisor can help you determine if you need a back-up option to be “safe,” and if your back-up option is appropriate. In most cases, if you are nominated for a college exchange, you should not have another application in the works.
